Northumberland County continues to work on FCC mandated upgrades to their system.
Shoch says they are talking with Union County to explore the possibility of merging their systems. Union County has already ordered feasibility study of merging with Snyder County while Columbia and Montour Counties are in the process of ing their centers into one central hub.
